Consultation 

 

I believe it is really important to get to know and understand my clients so that I can give you the best treatment tailored specifically to your needs on the day.  I always like to schedule a 15 min consultation time in for new clients so we have time to talk about your current wellbeing.  This means that if you are visiting me for the first time please allow an extra 20 mins to your treatment time. This time is added to your treatment time and is free of charge.  

 

 

Parking

 

Balance Holistic therapies is a Home Based Treatment Room. You are welcome to park on my driveway or there is also plenty of free parking on the street should you need it.

Facilities 

My Treatment Room is situated on the first floor of my home. You will have access to a bathroom next to the treatment room which you are welcome to use during your time here. Complimentary drinking water is provided in the treatment room for your refreshment.

 

 

Loyalty Reward

I love to reward my clients for their loyalty.  After 5 treatments you will receive £10 off your next treatment and after 10 treatments you will receive a complimentary treatment of your choice.

 

 

Gift Vouchers

 

Why not treat that special lady in your life to some time out to be truly pampered.  

Balance holistic Therapies make a wonderful gift for any occasion. Vouchers can be purchased for a set amount or a specific treatment if you know which one the recipient would like.

 

Gift vouchers may be collected from me directly or sent via post.

 

Payment

For your convenience I accept both card and cash payments. When you make an appointment online you will be asked to secure your booking with a 50% booking fee. 

 

Cancellations

 

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required in the case of cancellation or rescheduling. Without 48 hours notice, the full rate is chargeable.

 

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please give me at least 48 hours notice. Booking fees are non-refundable and will be used to cover loss of earnings for no shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. For appointment moves, your booking fee can only be moved with it once and must be done so with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Bookings

It is recommended that you book your treatments in advance to ensure you find a time & date that is preferable. Evening and weekend spaces go very quickly. You can book your appointments by clicking the ‘Book Now’ button on the homepage of our website or on our social media platforms.  All appointments are confirmed via Fresha at the time of booking.  Please make any changes or cancellations through Fresha.

 

 

What are Balance Holistic Therapies Opening Hours?

 

Opening hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday  and Saturday. 

 

Please allow up to 24 hours for enquiry responses due to being in treatments for the majority of the day.
