Facial Reflexology

Facial Reflexology works in a similar way to foot reflexology, although working within such close proximity to the brain, the results can occur a lot quicker. Its aim is to restore a good flow of energy simply by working on zones of the face with a metal wand-like tool and my fingers in a very slow, relaxing and meditative way.

Its aim is to free up the energetic pathways and re-energise you physically, emotionally and mentally. I am working to help balance your nervous system which happens when you reach a blissful deep state of relaxation.

What Happens In Facial Reflexology Treatments?

You will be made comfortable lying on the massage bed and asked to remove your top so I can work on your neck and shoulder area.  You will be covered with soft cozy sheets to make sure you stay warm.

Facial reflexology treatments with me sessions always begin with a deep cleanse with steamy hot towels to prepare the face for the application of an organic facial oil.  After this I begin to massage your face, shoulders and scalp before we get started on the facial reflexology sequence of your treatment. Before your treatment ends, a nourishing eye cream and moisturiser is applied leaving your skin feeling dewy and radiant.

At the end of your treatment you will be offered a drink of water and we can discuss any findings during your treatment.
